Polly Anderson
Following qualification in catering and hotel management in the late 1980’s, Polly grew an entertainment business from the ground floor -- later expanding it overseas over a two year period.
She moved into administration management in the automotive sector -- quickly picking up responsibility for supplier management and building and maintaining a comprehensive prospect database. She later added accounts and salary payment management to her portfolio.
A front-line sales head’s role at Abbey National beckoned. Beyond mainstream front-of-house duties, Polly was responsible for all new staff training and target allocation. She was also the prime mover in a number of important lead-generation initiatives which led to new-name sales for a wide suite of financial products.
Returning to work after the birth of her son in the mid 90’s Polly worked as a distribution manager for a regional newspaper group and later in technology and event management in the education sector.
Before joining Quantum Polly worked in marketing and customer service for a pharmaceutical group where she personally managed complaint escalation and large scale corporate events.
Polly joined Quantum to take responsibility for a number of key support disciplines, but sooned demonstrated great aptitude for business development and elements of its consulting services. She secured and developed clients in the travel and leisure sectors and has worked effectively as a consultant in salesforce assessment, 1:1 sales coaching, sales and sales management training and major account planning.
