Quantum QPR™ - Performance Review

Performance review is central to the effective implementation and on-going utilisation of Personal Sales Plans (PSP’s). We ensure that sales managers can use the most appropriate approaches and that he / she possesses the required skills to introduce PSPs to individuals whilst making the required motivational connections. We also show how PSP data and ratios should be used to raise levels of sales productivity and individual performance. Specific guidance is given on how to maximise the performance of ‘good’ ‘average’ and ‘poor’ people. This includes the importance of using the right communication style with different individuals.
