Formed in 1992, in the midst of a recession, Quantum's two original founders built from scratch, within 5 months, a six-figure revenue base using a formula which was considered by some to be ahead of its time. Its European partners are based in Geneva with additional offices in Malmo, Milan and Zurich covering all major European centres with over 30 employed consultants.
