I have none. You cannot live life looking backwards. The future lies in
the here and now, the actions we take and the decisions we make.
Happiest business moment.
Proving to myself that I had made the right decision in moving into the
world of consultancy - by setting an international sales record at my last company
for sales in a key product area.
What would you change about British business
if you were given the opportunity?
Create an environment where people are valued as individuals, are given
every opportunity to express themselves, developed to their full potential
and rewarded accordingly. British management still has a long way to go to understand what makes
people tick.
