Neil's career began in Africa and Asia where he was responsible for sales of capital equipment to financial services organisations. Having experienced great success in this role, Neil moved on to spend 10 years developing his core expertise in the business development arena with one of the world's largest multi-national sales management consultancy and training companies. He quickly progressed to become Group Director, managing a team of consultants. Recognising the need to provide clients with a wider range of services, and with a wish to become more 'hands-on' again, Neil joined a specialist UK consultancy focussing on one-to-one advice and senior management coaching. He then moved to Australia in July 2001 to take up the role of Key Client Director with a similarly focussed sales consultancy. More recently, Neil returned to the UK and quickly became involved in a number of projects with Quantum. As a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neil continues to bring his strong blend of sales management and consultancy experience to bear during the facilitation of senior management development workshops across industries as diverse as: Travel Construction Food & Beverage Financial Services Banking Airlines Industrial chemicals and adhesives Insurance IT  Now settled back into the colder UK climate, Neil is particularly enjoying his work with the senior and middle management teams of Quantum's largest clients to ensure that their leadership and sales management skills are continuously improved and re-focussed.
