We are pleased to announce five new additions to our Regional Managing Partner team to significantly grow Quantum across the UK. Often described as a business ‘best kept secret’ Quantum is now poised to broaden its reach and to help our clients to significantly grow sales.
Jono Oswin is a consumate sales and marketing professional with a background in blue chip advertising and promotion before specialising in b2b selling. Jono works with international household name businesses helping them to improve their sales effectiveness. A well known speaker on the business circuit, he regularly runs seminars on sales prospecting and the use of social media. Jono joins the team as Managing Partner for West Sussex to help expand Quantum’s business customer base and open up new opportunities in the corporate and sub-corporate space.
Adrian Moss is a very experienced consultant and sales coach with a background in software for the automotive sales industry. As a trusted advisor to sales professionals and business leaders Adrian helps transform sales skills. As a seasoned professional Adrian works with businesses and individual committed to their own growth. As a Regional Managing Partner, Adrian teams up with Jono Oswin to form a team focused on the Southern Counties of England but with licence to cover clients nationwide.
Jamie Johnson brings with him over three decades of experience in consulting and coaching roles and specialises in sales leadership, marketing and talent management. Jamie is looking forward to joining the Quantum team as a Regional Managing Partner specialising in Leadership and Customer Service change programmes and to apply his considerable expertise to growing Quantum’s clients and prospects across the country.
Dr Cliff Ferguson is a highly qualified businessman as well as the founder and Chairman of the African charity, Glads House. Cliff specialises in the professional services sector where he is well known as a top-table coach for Rainmakers and business development teams. Cliff will be leading the professional services division for Quantum and has plans for building Quantum programmes around CPD accredited content to help the sector to align business development skills with ongoing CPD regulatory requirements.
For some thirty years Michael Rudkin has worked with large and small businesses to develop sales leaders as well as their teams. Working in partnership with the former is at the core of his approach and is an absolute necessity if training is to be a process leading to behavioural change rather than a short term ‘shot in the arm’.
