The Sales Effectiveness Group was conceived by Jeff Downs, MD of Quantum with over 35 years of sales experience. During this time Jeff grew a start-up from scratch to a £1m turnover business. He is passionate about sales and helping business owners to ensure ROI from their sales assets.
